Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $4.95, and free on orders over $50.
Right now every order is a pre-order. Pre-orders fund the first production run, so your case ships when that run completes — we send build updates along the way, and you'll get a ship notice with tracking the day yours leaves.
If a case arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No return shipping, no forms.
Refunds & returns
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund — no questions, no fee. Email us and we'll process it within 2 business days.
After delivery, you have 30 days to return a case in unused condition and original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is on you unless the case arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Terms
Founder pricing (30% off) applies to the first 500 orders. After that, cases sell at list price. We don't run fake countdowns — when the 500 are gone, they're gone.
Prices and specs can change between production runs; the spec listed at the time you order is the spec you get.
RELIQ is an independent company. Our cases are compatible with standard trading card product dimensions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Creatures Inc.
Privacy
We collect your email when you join the waitlist and your name, email, and shipping address when you order. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see your card number.
We use your email for order updates and, if you opted in, launch news. No selling data, no spam. Reply to any email or contact us to be removed.
The site uses basic, cookie-light analytics to count visits. That's it.
